Bridal Hairstyling Rates

  • HAIR

    Wedding day hair $300 Clip in extension placement complimentary for bride (Extension not provided)

    Bridal trial $300

    Bridesmaids & other VIPs $200

    Flower girl (1-10) $75

    Second style $200 + time

    Elopement package - $900 (Bridal trial + wedding day hair + travel up to an hour each way)

    To secure your wedding date and service price, a signed contract + non-refundable deposit is required.

  • TRAVEL

    Within Calgary $50

    Outside city limit 1.00C/KM from Hair by Jessie Liao

    Hotel accommodation is required for: Services starting before 6AM outside of city limit, locations more than 2 hours away from Calgary and during November-March.

  • ADD ONS

    Early morning flat fee $150 when start time begins before 5:30AM

    Second hairstylist $150 For services 7+ or request of a shorter timeline

    On site touch up $100/hr max 5 hours

    Extension rental $100

    Extension application $30 Extensions not provided

    Purchased extension prep $80

FAQ

Hair by Jessie Liao Bridal

  • Wedding Day Minimum: $900

    A minimum of Bride + 3 guests is required for wedding day bookings.
    If fewer services are reserved, the total will be adjusted to meet the minimum.

  • If you have a popular date such as long weekend or in the high seaon between June -September, it’s good to secure your spot as soon as my book opens up.

    I’m dedicate to one wedding a day. Once a date is reserved with contract, that date becomes unavailable.

  • 1.5 hour for bride’s service

    45 minutes - 1 hour for each attendee

    15-30 minutes for flower girls

    15 minutes for set up

    15 minutes for touch-ups & your veil placement.

  • It depends on your style goal!

    Clip-in hair extensions help to create volume, density and length. It helps to achieve the overall look like glamwaves, power ponys and high pile updo.

    I recommend Bellami Hair or Bombay Hair (You can purchase this through me). If you’re unsure if you need/want extensions, please head to my extension blog under resources!

  • It was a no brainer to choose Jessie as our hairstylist for myself + bridesmaids. She comes highly recommended from the Calgary wedding (and non-wedding!) community, and has so much experience and expertise. We had a very large group of girls getting ready in the morning with a variety of hair types and styles wanted, but she was able to expertly create beautiful individualized hairstyles that lasted all day and night.
